Use of the Services is entirely at your own risk.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use.

You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not.

• All content, messages, workflows, and AI-generated outputs used through your account.

Zextra does not review, approve, or monitor content before execution.

You agree not to use Zextra to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Send spam, misleading, deceptive, or unlawful messages.
• Harass, threaten, abuse, or exploit others.
• Infringe intellectual property or proprietary rights.
• Distribute malware, harmful code, or unauthorized scripts.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, scrape, resell, or misuse the platform.
• Bypass security measures, safeguards, or usage limits.

Zextra includes AI-powered and automated features. You acknowledge that:

• AI outputs are generated automatically.
• Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or inappropriate.
• Automation may behave unpredictably depending on configuration and inputs.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, approving, testing, and monitoring all AI-generated content and automation behavior.

Zextra disclaims all liability arising from AI outputs or automation usage.

Zextra integrates with third-party platforms. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Zextra is not owned, operated, sponsored, endorsed, or affiliated with third-party platforms.
• Third-party platforms may change rules, restrict access, suspend, or terminate accounts.
• Zextra is not responsible for third-party actions, limitations, bans, policy changes, or data loss.

Use of integrations is entirely at your own risk.

Certain features require a paid subscription. You agree that:

• Fees are billed in advance unless stated otherwise.

are owned exclusively by Mectora AI Labs Pvt. Ltd.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services strictly in accordance with these Terms.

You retain ownership of your data and content. By using Zextra, you grant us permission to:

• Process, store, and transmit data as necessary to provide the Services.
• Use data for security, functionality, and service improvement.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Zextra, Mectora AI Labs Pvt. Ltd., and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your access to or use of the Services.
• Any content, messages, automation workflows, or AI-generated outputs created or used through your account.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of applicable laws or third-party platform policies.
• Any claim that your use of the Services caused harm to a third party.

This obligation survives termination of these Terms.

Zextra shall not be liable for any delay, failure, or interruption caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Internet or network outages
• Hosting or infrastructure failures
• Natural disasters, pandemics, or acts of God
• War, terrorism, riots, or civil unrest
• Government actions, regulations, or restrictions
• Third-party platform shutdowns or policy changes
• Power failures or system-wide technical issues

Our obligations shall be suspended during such events, and we will make reasonable efforts to restore Services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in India.
