1. Data Deletion Requests
Consistent with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy, you have the right to request the permanent deletion of your Zextra account and all associated data.

Please include "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line and specify the email address or social media identifier associated with your account.
2. Scope of Deletion
Upon processing a deletion request, Zextra will permanently remove the following information from our active databases:
- Account profile information (Name, Email, Phone).
- Saved automation configurations and reply logic.
- Encrypted access tokens used for platform integrations.
- Lead information and subscriber data collected through your automations.
- Activity logs and performance metrics.
3. Retention Policy
Data deletion processing typically occurs within 48 to 72 hours of receiving a verified request. Some information may remain in our backup systems for a limited period or may be retained if required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
